Separate sun room with balcony and splendid view.This doubles as an extra bedroom with a double oak framed high quality sofa bed.

Large fully equipped oak kitchen / breakfast room with integrated double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer, table & chairs.

Master bedroom with very comfortable king sized bed, TV, radio/alarm, dressing table, hairdryer and very large fitted oak wardrobe. Ample space for further bed or cot. En-suite bath/shower room of very high quality.

Twin bedded room with large oak fitted wardrobe. Separate double power shower room.

There are blackout blinds on all windows.
